Terms of Service

This is essentially a list of rules for our platform. These terms may be updated over time as the platform changes, so check this page occasionally. For privacy information, click here.

Users under the age of 13 are not allowed. Any account created by someone under 13 will be immediately terminated/deleted.

Creating or using an account may require Discord verification. Discord verification helps us reduce spam, abuse, alternate account abuse, and fake signups.

A violation of any of these rules could result in a temporary or permanent ban. New accounts will usually be permanently banned on their first major infraction, while older accounts might be given temporary bans (e.g. 1 day or 1 week) depending on the severity.

Text Guidelines

These apply to all text inputs on the site, such as forum posts and in-game chat.

Do not discriminate or harass people.
Light swearing is OK, but don't use slurs as an insult.
Do not reveal personal information pertaining to yourself or others.
Try not to start drama.
For example, do not create posts "exposing" someone. If you are concerned about a user, you should send a message to a moderator.
Do not excessively advertise websites, YouTube channels, Twitter accounts, or other off-platform URLs.
You can mention stuff like "Hey, I own looksmaxxing.wtf", but if you start spamming "join my site" or "subscribe to my YouTube channel", you're going to be banned.

Image Guidelines

As well as the above text guidelines, these guidelines apply to images uploaded to the site:

Do not upload violent content.
Examples include gore, violent scenes from movies, etc.
Do not upload content with real people.
Exceptions will be made for celebrities if it's obvious who they are.
Do not upload NSFW content of any kind.
This includes pornography, sexually explicit material, or any content that could be reasonably considered adult in nature.
Uploading NSFW content will result in immediate account termination.
No warnings or suspensions will be issued for such violations.

Gameplay & Platform Use

These rules cover in-game behavior and how you interact with the platform as a whole:

Do not exploit or cheat.
Using third-party programs, scripts, or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.
Respect other players' experience.
Do not intentionally ruin games for others (e.g. griefing, spamming, teamkilling where not intended).
Do not impersonate staff or other users.
Pretending to be an administrator, moderator, or another player is prohibited.
Follow all local laws.
You may not use the platform to engage in illegal activity of any kind.

Discord Verification & Account Access

Some parts of account creation or account access may require Discord verification. You may not use Discord verification to bypass bans, create abusive alternate accounts, impersonate someone else, or avoid moderation. Accounts that abuse Discord verification may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated.

User Content & Ownership

Content you create and share on this platform (such as posts, messages, or uploads) remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant us permission to display, host, and distribute it within the platform so that the services function properly. We may remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

Service Availability & Downtime

We strive to keep the platform available, but there may be times when services are offline for maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by downtime.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or disrupt the platform. The severity and length of suspensions will depend on the nature of the violation. Ban decisions are handled by staff and may not always be reversed.

Other Important Notes

You are responsible for users you invite or bring to the platform.
For example, if you invite someone who starts spamming racial slurs on the forums, your account could get banned. You should only invite people you trust.
You are responsible for the security of your account.
Password resets are done on a case-by-case basis, depending on if you can verify that you actually owned the account. Pick a strong password - if you forget it or someone guesses it, you may permanently lose access to your account.
A few alternate accounts may be allowed.
You may create a few alternate accounts as long as they are not being used to break rules, avoid bans, manipulate systems, spam, impersonate others, or abuse Discord verification.
Alternate accounts are not allowed for ban evasion or abuse. Any alternate account used to bypass moderation may be permanently deleted.
Do not use the advertising system for advertising URLs that are not relevant to this website.
For example, Discord servers pertaining to this website (or old Roblox in general) would be ok. A URL pointing to an unknown website (such as "my-revival.com"), your YouTube channel, your Twitch channel, etc, would not be allowed.
